Warranty Policy

Effective from 28 September 2026

We build Doxy products to last. This policy explains the manufacturer's warranty provided by Doxy 2.0 Ltd, what it covers and how to make a claim.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not replace, restrict or reduce them.

1. Who provides the warranty?

The warranty is provided by:

Doxy 2.0 Ltd
Company number: 16708923
310 Wellingborough Road
Northampton
NN1 4EP
United Kingdom

Email: help@doxymassager.com

2. Which products are covered?

The Doxy 2.0 manufacturer's warranty applies to eligible Doxy 2.0 products purchased directly from doxymassager.com on or after 23 October 2025.

The standard manufacturer's warranty lasts for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.

3. What does the warranty cover?

The manufacturer's warranty covers faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal domestic use within the warranty period.

Depending on the product and nature of the fault, this may include eligible defects affecting:

  • the motor
  • internal electronics
  • controls
  • rechargeable battery
  • charging system
  • power supply supplied with the product
  • structural components
  • manufacturing defects affecting the intended operation of the product.

A product is not automatically defective simply because normal characteristics, sound, vibration, finish or battery performance vary slightly between individual units.

4. What isn't covered?

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic scratches, marks, chips or surface wear that do not affect normal operation
  • accidental damage
  • dropping or crushing
  • misuse, abuse or neglect
  • incorrect storage
  • damage caused by using the product contrary to its instructions
  • unauthorised modification, disassembly or repair
  • damage caused by incompatible accessories or power equipment
  • liquid damage beyond the product's stated IP or water-resistance rating
  • corrosion or damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products
  • loss or theft
  • products where identifying information has been deliberately removed or altered
  • faults caused by circumstances outside the product itself.

Normal reduction in rechargeable-battery capacity caused by age and use is not in itself considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Water resistance

Water-resistance ratings differ between Doxy models.

You must follow the rating and instructions provided for your specific product.

In particular:

  • Doxy Go 2.0 - IPX7
  • Die Cast Compact Cordless - IPX4
  • Die Cast Max Cordless - IPX4
  • Doxy Original Plug-in - not waterproof
  • Die Cast Max Plug-in - not waterproof

IPX4 products are splash-resistant but should not be submerged.

Plug-in Doxy products must never be used in water.

Damage caused by exposing a product to water outside its stated rating is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Rechargeable batteries

Battery runtime varies depending on product, intensity level, charging habits, age and use.

Rechargeable batteries naturally lose some capacity over time.

The warranty covers a battery that fails because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, but does not cover normal gradual reduction in capacity through ordinary use and ageing.

7. How do I make a claim?

Before submitting a claim, please check our Help & Warranty information. Common issues such as Travel Lock or charging problems can often be resolved without returning the product.

If the issue remains, complete the warranty claim form or contact help@doxymassager.com.

We may ask for:

  • your name and contact details
  • order number
  • proof of purchase
  • model and colour
  • description of the fault
  • photographs
  • a short video demonstrating the issue
  • product markings or serial/batch information where applicable.

Please do not send a product back until we have provided return instructions.

8. What happens when a claim is accepted?

We will assess the information provided and may request the product for inspection.

Where a valid manufacturer's warranty claim is accepted, Doxy will determine an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances this may include:

  • troubleshooting or corrective instructions
  • repair where practical
  • replacement
  • an equivalent replacement where the original model or colour is unavailable
  • refund where appropriate.

Any remedy available to you under applicable consumer law remains unaffected.

9. Replacement products

Where a product is replaced under the manufacturer's warranty, the replacement does not create a new 12-month warranty period unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

The replacement will normally remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period.

This does not affect any statutory rights applicable to the replacement.

10. Products purchased from another retailer

If you purchased your product from another retailer, your statutory rights are normally against the retailer that sold the goods to you.

Contact that retailer first with your proof of purchase.

If you need help identifying your Doxy, troubleshooting an issue or understanding whether it is a current Doxy 2.0 product, you can still contact us.

This section is based on your current direct-only manufacturer warranty. If you want Doxy itself to honour the 12-month warranty for Lovehoney, Ann Summers, Nalpac customers etc, this is the one area I'd change before publishing.

11. Doxy 1.0 and legacy products

Doxy 2.0 Ltd is a separate company established in 2025.

We acquired the Doxy brand and intellectual property but did not acquire CMG Leisure Ltd's historical product warranties, liabilities, repair stock or spare-parts inventory.

Products sold by the previous business are therefore not covered by the Doxy 2.0 manufacturer's warranty.

We maintain a Legacy Doxy Support section to provide practical assistance with older products where possible.

12. Legacy replacement parts and plug adapters

Support and replacement accessories for the Doxy 1.0 power system have ended.

Doxy 1.0 plug adapters are not compatible with Doxy 2.0 products and must not be used with a Doxy 2.0 power supply.

Individual Doxy 2.0 replacement plug adapters are not currently available for purchase.

If you no longer have the correct country adapter, you may use one of the original Doxy 2.0 plug adapters supplied with the product together with a suitable standard travel adapter for your destination.

Always retain and use the original Doxy 2.0 power supply.

Please check our Accessories section periodically for future availability of replacement Doxy 2.0 accessories.

13. Your statutory rights

This manufacturer's warranty is provided voluntarily by Doxy 2.0 Ltd.

It does not replace your statutory consumer rights.

For UK purchases, consumer law requires goods to meet standards including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description. Legislation.gov.uk

Where those requirements are not met, statutory remedies may exist independently of whether a problem falls within this manufacturer's warranty.
